A lot of teachers don't need more alignment knowledge. They need a better bridge between what they know and what they say
A 4-week live series for yoga teachers who want cues that land when students arrive stressed, guarded, or overwhelmed without relying on scripts or forcing. Now more than ever our students are coming to class with stress, grief and more. Our words matter. How we apply anatomy matters.
Why a tune up
A lot of teachers don’t need more alignment knowledge.
They need a better bridge between what they know and what they say.
When nervous system load is high, alignment cueing often fails- not because it’s wrong, but because it’s applied without context.
In this Tune Up, we focus on interpretation:
What the body can handle now, what cues create clarity, and what keeps students safe and engaged.
