A 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training built at the intersection of movement science, stress physiology, functional anatomy, and applied clinical nutrition. Ten weekends. October 2026 through July 2027. Philadelphia area with live virtual participation available.
What the 300-hour covers
Ten weekends across five phases. Clinical reasoning, functional anatomy, pain science, applied nutrition, yin and yoga nidra certification, practice building, and a real-world clinical partner project.
